Skills di ulteriore valore per questo libro che risulta essere reale ed affidabile per la conoscenza di queste etichette. I produttori degli “orange wine”, sono molto attenti al flusso naturale della produzione, con personalità quasi mitologiche e fra le righe si legge anche un sottile velo di tristezza di Simon per non avere molti vigneti vicino casa.
