Un nuovo termine “Sosteconomicità”, coniato da The WineHunter Helmuth Köcher per indicare il contenitore all’interno del quale i parametri della “sostenibilità” devono essere declinati. «Il concetto prezioso di sostenibilità deve essere collocato all’interno di un contesto più ampio dove chi produce rispetta la terra in ogni settore della filiera e allo stesso tempo, non rinunciando a fare impresa, immagina in questi termini il futuro della sua azienda».
A new term “Sustainability”, coined by The WineHunter Helmuth Köcher to indicate the container within which the parameters of “sustainability” must be declined. «The precious concept of sustainability must be placed within a broader context where those who produce respect the earth in every sector of the supply chain and at the same time, without giving up doing business, imagine the future of their company in these terms».
Tanti gli eventi che hanno caratterizzato la manifestazione; a partire dai dibattiti, condotti da Andrea Radic, nella cornice dei Summit “Respiro e Grido della Terra” passando per i vari workshop con la partecipazione di importanti stakeholders, i quali da anni scelgono il salotto di Merano per ragionare su quale sarà il futuro della viticoltura in un contesto geopolitico e ambientale in rapida evoluzione.
Many events characterized the event; starting from the debates, conducted by Andrea Radic, in the framework of the “Breath and Cry of the Earth” Summits, passing through the various workshops with the participation of important stakeholders, who have chosen the Merano salon for years to think about what the future of viticulture will be in a rapidly evolving geopolitical and environmental context.

Dimensione sempre più internazionale della manifestazione anche grazie a 120 buyer arrivati dall’estero.

Increasingly international dimension of the event also thanks to 120 buyers arriving from abroad.
