Si è tenuto il 25 gennaio, alle 10.15, presso l’Aula Magna del Rettorato dell’Università degli Studi di Siena il convegno “Cambiamenti climatici e sostenibilità: nuove sfide per le imprese vitivinicole e le istituzioni”, iniziativa che nasce dalla collaborazione tra l’organizzazione di Wine&Siena.
The conference “Climate change and sustainability: new challenges for winemaking enterprises and institutions” was held at 10.15 at the Main Hall of the Rector of the University of Siena at 10.15 am, an initiative born of the collaboration between organization of Wine & Siena.
Partecipano, esperti professori e ricercatori dell’Università degli Studi di Siena, il ministro delle Politiche Agricole e Forestali, l’assessore regionale Politiche Agricole, il rettore dell’Università degli Studi di Siena, il referente scientifico del progetto internazionale sostenuto dall’ONU “Sustainable Development Solutions Network” Siena.
Participants, expert professors and researchers of the University of Siena, the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, the regional councilor for Agricultural Policies, the rector of the University of Siena, the scientific referent of the international project supported by the UN ” Sustainable Development Solutions Network “Siena.
Segue la tavola rotonda con Helmuth Köcher, The WineHunter – presidente Gourmet’s International e Patron del Merano WineFestival, con la discussione dei risultati della tavola rotonda che si è svolta in occasione della 27^ edizione di Merano WineFestival. Intervenuti alla discussione il presidente dell’Azienda Salcheto e socio del Consorzio del Vino Nobile, il direttore di Equalitas, l’amministratore unico di Qcertificazioni, il presidente Fondazione Prima.
This is followed by a round table with Helmuth Köcher, The Winehunter – president of Gourmet’s International and Patron of the Merano Wine Festival, with the discussion of the results of the round table which took place on the occasion of the 27th edition of Merano WineFestival. The president of the Salcheto Company and member of the Consortium of Vino Nobile, the director of Equalitas, the sole director of Qcertificazioni, the president of the Prima Foundation, took part in the discussion.
Il tema si ripete in tutti i contesti enologici a conferma della spinosità del tema e del confronto con la viticoltura tradizionale ed il soccorso rapido delle ricerche sulla biodiversità e sulle mutazioni genetiche. L’inverno e le potature, consentono serene discussioni, ma in aprile, farà molto caldo… in vigna!!!
The theme is repeated in all enological contexts, confirming the thorniness of the theme and the comparison with traditional viticulture and the rapid rescue of research on biodiversity and genetic mutations. Winter and prunings, allow serene discussions, but in April, it will be very hot … in the vineyard !!!
