Inizia a selezionare uve insieme ad alcuni amici, mossi dalla stessa passione con l’aspirazione del meglio, della finezza, della qualità e per dirla in gergo “la prima sboccatura fu già successo”.

La Delfina ama il Rosè Brut, ma la qualità è già apprezzabile con la linea Domini.
