Il caffè alle 11.00 è d’obbligo in Salento, degustare il vino un po’ da temerari dalla levataccia lavorativa, ma non è il nostro caso e quindi chiacchieriamo sul sentiero del giardino della Nonna centenaria, che qui ha fatto piantare canneto, spezie ed alberi da frutto, il classico amabile giardino mediterraneo con contaminazioni tropicali.
Coffee at 11.00 is a must in Salento, tasting the wine a little daring from working up early, but this is not our case and therefore we chat on the path of the garden of the centenary grandmother, who has planted reeds, spices and trees here fruit, the classic lovely Mediterranean garden with tropical influences.
Attraversiamo il vialetto con l’arco naturale pompeiano di pini alti e fieri, che si pettinano col vento dell’Adriatico. Sbirciamo fra le canne e le feritoie verdi, ne avranno sentite di chiacchiere i viali di questo Blasone centenario, per questo ci godiamo la passeggiata tranquilla ed il caffè.
We cross the driveway with the natural Pompeian arch of tall and proud pines, which comb themselves with the Adriatic wind. We peek through the reeds and the green slits, they will have heard of chattering the avenues of this centenary coat of arms, so we enjoy the quiet walk and the coffee.
